When you love what you do, it shows. You enjoy the tasks and challenges the job entails and you appreciate the tools of the trade. Hence, we’ve coined the phrase, our programmers are “Bonkers for Boolean.”

Boolean values are used in programming to control what the program does. In fact, Boolean logic is used in most programming languages. The basic statement can have two values, true or false; as in the following example:

  • It is snowing in Minnesota   (x=10)
  • The snow is over 4 inches  (y=4)
  • I am wearing my snow boots.

Ready for Boolean?

IF (x=10) AND (y=4) THEN I am wearing my snow boots.
IF (x=10) OR (y=4) THEN I am wearing my snow boots.

An AND statement is true when both elements are true.
An OR statement is true when at least one of the elements is true.
Now that you understand the logic, we have an Artropolis Boolean statement of our own:

  • You want the best possible ecommerce website.  (x=ecom)
  • You want to have a successful Internet business.  (y=IB)
  • Artropolis is the best Minneapolis website design company to use.

IF (x=ecom) AND (y=IB) THEN Artropolis is the best Minneapolis website design company to use.
IF(x=ecom) OR (y=IB) THEN Artropolis is the best Minneapolis website design company to use.

Since we have many great services, mobile websites, e-mail marketing, social marketing and video production, we have lots of Artropolis Boolean statements! Now, IF you like our logic, and want to succeed on the Internet, THEN contact us today!
